Terms of Use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms apply to the SimFrame website and application (the “Service”), operated by Solbits Software Inc. (“SimFrame”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Nova Scotia, Canada. By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
SimFrame Is in Alpha
SimFrame is an early test release, available by invitation. Features may change or be removed, the Service may be unavailable at times, and content may occasionally be changed or lost. We may limit or end access at any time. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; scenarios can be exported as PDF.
Education Only, No Patient Information
SimFrame is for healthcare education and simulation. It is not a medical device or a clinical decision-support tool and must not be used to guide the care of real patients.
Do not enter identifiable patient information or personal health information anywhere in the Service, including scenarios, uploaded files, and conversations with the AI assistant.
Your Account
You must be an adult where you live, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Accounts belong to an organization, and that organization decides who has access to its content.
Using SimFrame Fairly
Do not:
- Break the law or your organization’s policies
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Try to access accounts or content that are not yours, or to disrupt or bypass the security of the Service
- Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service
Your Content
You and your organization own the content you add to SimFrame. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content, including your right to use it.
The AI Assistant
The assistant drafts scenario content from what you ask and the scenario you are working on. Its suggestions are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your learners. Nothing is added to a scenario until you choose to apply it, and a qualified educator is responsible for reviewing and approving every scenario before it is used.
Participant Links
Anyone with a session’s participant link can view that session’s arrival details and participant preparation resources without signing in. You are responsible for who you share a link with.
Feedback
We may use any feedback or suggestions you give us to improve SimFrame, without owing you anything for them.
Our Software
SimFrame, including its software, design, name, and logo, belongs to us. You may use it for your organization’s education and simulation work while you have access.
Ending Access
You can stop using SimFrame at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access, including if you break these terms or if the alpha changes or ends.
No Warranty
The Service, including everything the AI assistant produces, is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that content will not be lost, or that any content is clinically accurate.
Limit of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, content, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for anything related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the previous twelve months and CAD $100.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Nova Scotia.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms, and will post changes on this page. If a change is significant, we will let you know. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions: privacy@simframe.app.
